ANDY SWANSON

Andy Swanson has 25 years of building experience in Colorado. He started his career as a framer, building custom homes in Summit County. He then went on to spend several years working under TKP Architects as a project manager, where he became highly skilled in home design and computer-aided drafting. For the past 15 years, Andy has delivered new construction and remodeling solutions as the owner and operator of Swanson Builders. Andy's combination of hands-on skill, design experience, and successful project management, has given him the unique ability to problem-solve with Owners, Architects, and Engineers.

ROB WILLIAMS

Rob Williams leads our in-house crew of framers and carpenters. He has 20 years of residential building experience, including 9 years as the owner of R3W Construction, providing GC, framing, and carpentry services in the Evergreen/Conifer area. Rob graduated from The Colorado School of Mines with degrees in Civil Engineering and Bussiness/Economics.  He particularly enjoys managing the structural components of the building process.
